We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

We may request photographs or additional information to verify the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance, final-sale, or liquidation items.

  • Products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.

  • Any item that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by Arcadinc, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

9. Refunds

10. Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to shipping and handling deductions from any refund issued.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arcadinc shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
