Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Arcadinc.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Arcadinc is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Arcadinc is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.
Arcadinc is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Any refund issued may be reduced by shipping, handling, and return costs incurred by Arcadinc.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
